These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold on theclarifiedlife.com by Carlo Marolda, Via Garigliano 153, 00015 Monterotondo (RM), Italy. By buying, you agree to them.
The short version. You’re buying digital files for your own personal use. You can’t resell or redistribute them. If you don’t want them, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full — and you can keep the files. None of this is medical advice.
A digital bundle delivered as an immediate download: an ebook in PDF, an audio edition, an interactive flipbook edition, a fillable tracker and a set of companion tools. There is no physical product and nothing will be shipped. The current contents are listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Access is granted immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. If anything doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, then email hello@theclarifiedlife.com and we’ll send it manually.
30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@theclarifiedlife.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You don’t need to explain why, fill in a form, or return anything — you keep the files either way.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Under EU consumer law you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which is waived once download begins. Our 30-day guarantee is deliberately more generous than the law requires, and applies regardless.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use these files. You may read them, print them for your own use, and use the tools as often as you like, forever.
You may not resell them, share them publicly, upload them to file-sharing sites, republish extracts as your own, or use the contents to build a competing product. Copyright remains with the author and the publisher.
Everything we publish is educational and informational. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, it does not create a clinician–patient relationship, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including ADHD.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
