This policy explains what personal data The Clarified Life collects when you visit theclarifiedlife.com, download a free resource or buy a product, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
The short version. We collect your email address if you ask us to send you something, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We use Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time, and we’ll do it.
The data controller is Carlo Marolda, Via Garigliano 153, 00015 Monterotondo (RM), Italy. You can reach us at hello@theclarifiedlife.com for any question about this policy or about your data.
| Data | When | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address | When you sign up for a free resource | To deliver the resource and send the follow-up email series | Consent |
| Name, email, billing country | When you buy | To process the order, deliver the files and issue a receipt | Performance of a contract |
| Payment details | At checkout | Processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store card data | Performance of a contract |
| Usage and device data | While browsing | To measure ad performance and improve the site | Consent |
We use a small number of processors, each with their own privacy terms:
We do not sell your personal data, and we never have. We don’t share it with anyone beyond the processors above, except where we are legally required to.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is transferred under the safeguards those providers have in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
The site uses Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure whether people who click our ads go on to sign up or buy. It does not read anything else on your device and we do not use it to build profiles beyond that measurement.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad preferences. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or receiving anything you’ve paid for.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you comparable rights, including the right to know what we’ve collected and to ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.
To exercise any of these, email hello@theclarifiedlife.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you think we’ve handled your data badly, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site and everything on it is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, subscribers will be told by email.
