Check spam and promotions first — that’s where they usually are. If they’re genuinely missing, email us with the address you used at checkout and we’ll send everything manually.
Just say so. Within 30 days of purchase we refund in full, no questions and no form to fill in, and you keep the files. You don’t need to justify it.
